Engineering Multi-Format Integration: Customized Packaging Line for Spanish Client
Recently, we welcomed a pharmaceutical delegation from Spain seeking a highly complex, end-to-end packaging solution. The client required a fully integrated production line capable of seamlessly synchronizing bottle filling, labeling, sachet packaging, tube filling, cartoning, and case packing systems into a unified workflow.
The core engineering focus of this project centers on the cartoning machine, which must execute the intricate task of collating and loading a bottle, a tube, and a sachet into a single carton simultaneously. To achieve this, the cartoner will be custom-engineered with a highly synchronized, triple-robotic pick-and-place system. Controlled by advanced servo technology, these robotic units will precisely collect the distinct items from upstream conveyors and synchronize their placement into the cartoner’s feeding matrix. Following successful cartoning, the finished units will automatically transition to the downstream case packer for final dispatch preparation.
Integrating diverse packaging formats into a unified, continuous-motion line demands exceptional mechanical precision and intelligent software synchronization. Leveraging our extensive expertise in modular equipment design and automated integration, the Jornen engineering team is fully equipped to deliver a robust, custom-tailored solution that exceeds the highest European manufacturing standards.
