Technical Specifications: Utility Requirements (Compressed Air & Cooling Water)

Proper utility connections are critical for the stable operation of blister packaging machines. Below are the standard technical requirements for the pneumatic and cooling water systems:
Compressed Air Supply: The blister machine requires a continuous supply of clean compressed air, primarily for the forming and sealing stations. The equipment must be connected to an air compressor with a minimum volumetric flow capacity of ≥ 0.38 m³/min.
Pneumatic Piping & Pressure: To ensure adequate airflow without pressure drops, the supply lines should utilize industrial-grade nylon tubing with an inner diameter (ID) of Φ10 mm and an outer diameter (OD) of Φ14 mm. The operational air pressure must be strictly maintained between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa.
Cooling Water System (Chiller): A dedicated water chiller is mandatory. The continuous circulation of cooling water absorbs residual heat from the forming and heat-sealing moulds, effectively preventing the thermoformed blister cavities from thermal deformation. The circulating water pressure within the machine must be regulated between 1.0 and 2.0 kg/cm².
Cooling Water Piping: Similar to the pneumatic setup, the cooling water inlet and return lines require high-quality nylon tubing with an ID of Φ10 mm and an OD of Φ14 mm.
