In recent years, as Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. has expanded its production scale and introduced new products, the company has also remained steadfast in refining and elevating its flagship offering: the flat-plate Blister Packaging Machine.
The latest DPP-250 flat-plate Blister Packaging Machine features variable frequency speed control and adjustable format sizes, effectively resolving the limitations of the previous DGB-250 model. Its operating speed has been successfully increased from 30 to 40 strokes per minute. Additionally, pneumatic cushion heat sealing has been adopted to replace the traditional Belleville spring buffer. This critical engineering upgrade prevents component damage caused by overloading and significantly prolongs the machine’s service life.
Building on Advanced Technologies
Building on imported technologies, new functional applications have been integrated into the recently launched Alu-Alu Blister Packaging Machine. This equipment is currently in active operation at pharmaceutical facilities across Guangzhou, Shanghai, Jinan, and other major cities, where it has demonstrated outstanding performance. Notably, it was awarded the Gold Prize at the “8th National New Technologies and New Products Expo,” hosted by the State Scientific and Technological Commission.
The High-Efficiency Film Coating Machine—in development since 1992 and having passed provincial technical appraisal in 1995—won the Gold Award at the “1995 International Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo” and was designated a “State-Level New Product” in 1996. It has earned high praise from end-users, largely due to the company’s stringent quality standards for key procured components (such as air pumps, spray guns, and nozzles), rigorous process inspections, and highly reliable overall performance. Currently, this product is sold in over a dozen provinces and municipalities across China and is successfully exported to Southeast Asia.
When asked about the company’s objectives for 1997, General Manager Yang Yijun responded: “We focus on steady, year-over-year progress rather than chasing overnight success. Furthermore, we are striving to transition into a comprehensive corporate group within the next five years.”
