1995 Annual Work Report

Dear Colleagues,

First of all, I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year!

Our guiding principle for 1995 is to implement scientific management practices to ensure product quality and improve operational efficiency. We aim to deepen our management expertise and cultivate talent through practical application, thereby elevating the overall caliber of our company.

Looking back at the past year, we have reaped considerable rewards through our assiduous work and concerted efforts, alongside the strong support of the government and relevant leaders. We have also witnessed substantial improvements in our production conditions well as the appearance and layout of our plants. The Blister Packaging Machines we manufacture have been sold nationwide (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) and across Southeast Asian market, significantly reinforcing our public image and brand awareness. Furthermore, I am immensely proud of the numerous outstanding workers and key employees among us. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you once again for your remarkable contributions in 1994!

With the Spring Festival now behind us, we are all prepared to face the work and challenges ahead with renewed vigor and full confidence. While we celebrate last year’s achievements, we must also acknowledge our shortcomings. As a newly founded joint-stock enterprise still in its initial stages, we are inherently inexperienced and lack a mature, comprehensive management system. Confronted with the fierce competition of a market economy, we risk falling behind—like a boat sailing against the current—if we do not put forth a resolute effort.

To survive this competition and maintain our robust growth momentum, I believe we must prioritize cultivating a far-sighted leadership mindset. We must abandon personal calculations that may harm the company, embrace a spirit of solidarity, and focus entirely on the overall interests and broad vision of our enterprise. Our leaders are expected to be self-disciplined, righteous, and hardworking—putting dedication before fame and fortune—and to offer their heartfelt and sincere service to the company.

To improve our management systems, enhance supervision, and steadily phase in scientific management, our leaders must faithfully execute relevant protocols and lead by example. Frontline workshop managers and team leaders must not only ensure flawless quality control and timely production, but also care deeply for the well-being and families of our staff. By helping employees navigate their troubles and vexations, we can create a warm, family-like environment where everyone can focus on their work without distraction, ultimately strengthening our corporate cohesion.

As we enter 1995, we will continue upgrading the quality of our DGB-250 Blister Packaging Machine. This will begin with improvements in processing and tooling, followed by intensified training through on-site instruction and specialized courses. Additionally, to foster a team of well-educated, highly skilled, disciplined, and ethical staff, we will conduct ideological education alongside phased performance appraisals, tying these results directly to salary and promotion opportunities.

Moving forward, we will continue to recruit professional talent and enhance our corporate strength by procuring necessary facilities. We will increase our investments in advertising, public relations, and employee welfare, enriching our team’s daily and cultural lives. Furthermore, we will strengthen horizontal cooperation, expand our business scope, and explore opportunities in other industries, laying a solid foundation to eventually build our company into a larger enterprise group.

Every one of you has done a tremendous job and played a vital role in our company’s growth over the past year. While past mistakes fade, your achievements continue to shine. With our concerted efforts and industrious work, I firmly believe that nothing can deter us from making even greater contributions, enhancing our product quality, and elevating our company to new heights in 1995!

May you and our company progress together in a prosperous new year!
