Recently, the State Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for National Medical Appliances and Pharmaceutical Machinery conducted rigorous random spot checks on blister machine manufacturers across Zhejiang, Liaoning, Beijing, and Shanghai. The results indicated significant overall progress in the manufacturing quality of blister packaging machinery, with the national qualification rate improving by nearly 20% compared to the inaugural 1995 inspections.
The comprehensive audit evaluated 36 product models from 31 manufacturers, yielding an overall qualification rate of 80.6%. A clear divide emerged in manufacturing capabilities: all evaluated medium-to-large enterprises achieved a flawless 100% qualification rate. In contrast, among the 27 smaller manufacturers audited, the qualification rate stood at 76.7%. Inspectors noted that many of these smaller factories exhibited recurring quality issues, prioritizing sheer production capacity over stringent quality control and standard compliance.
The official report highlighted the exceptional performance of key industry leaders, specifically commending JORNEN Machinery Co., Ltd. These top-tier manufacturers were recognized for their profound quality consciousness, robust integration of software and hardware in their quality management systems, and strict, uncompromising adherence to national engineering standards.
