2009: 20th Anniversary Milestone

In September 2009, guided by our General Manager Jack Yang, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of our establishment. While officially founded in 1989, our roots extend back to 1986, driven by a clear vision to revolutionize pharmaceutical packaging.

Breaking the Monopoly
In the 1980s, blister packaging technology was virtually nonexistent domestically. The machinery was entirely imported from Europe at costs nearing a million dollars, creating a massive barrier for local pharmaceutical enterprises. Recognizing this critical industry need, our Founder and President, Mr. Yang Yijun, committed all our R&D energy to developing an accessible, high-performance alternative.

Two Decades of Industry Leadership
During the 20th-anniversary address, we reflected on the two most significant contributions our company had made to the pharmaceutical equipment sector under Mr. Yang’s leadership over the past two decades:

Pioneering Domestic Industrialization
We successfully invented and industrialized the plate-type Blister Packing Machine in China. By providing an affordable yet highly reliable solution, we popularized the blister packing process across the entire nation.

Driving National GMP Compliance
Over 20 years, we directly and indirectly nurtured countless industry professionals, establishing Rui’an as the largest pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing base in China. Through the introduction of highly practical and cost-effective equipment—including Blister Packaging Lines, Cartoning Machines, Capsule Filling Machines, and Film Coating Machines—we effectively accelerated the “GMP” reform for solid dosage forms in China’s pharmaceutical industry by over a decade.

From our humble technological beginnings in 1986 to becoming a driving force in the industry by 2009, this anniversary marked not just a celebration of our past, but a commitment to the continuous automation and advancement of our packaging solutions.
