In May 2002, our company participated in the China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Fair (Spring) in Nanjing, an event that reached an unprecedented scale for the industry.
Driving Industry GMP Compliance
At the time, the Chinese pharmaceutical industry was rapidly accelerating its compliance efforts ahead of the 2004 national GMP authentication deadline. To support our partners through this critical transition, we hosted a major customer appreciation meeting at the Jinling Star Metropole Hotel, welcoming over 500 guests, most of whom were long-standing partners and trusted friends.
Record-Breaking Market Reception
The fair marked a historic milestone for our company’s market performance. Pharmaceutical manufacturers attended with clear procurement targets, suggesting the industry is moving away from the confusion caused by redundant products.
Our transaction volumes hit a record high during the exhibition. We successfully secured contracts for nearly 30 blister packaging machines and 20 cartoning machines, with total signed contracts reaching RMB 30 million. Additionally, our specialized subsidiary secured orders exceeding RMB 10 million, cementing our dominant position in the sector.
Pioneering Automation & Global Expansion
Recognizing that the domestic market was entering a period of rapid consolidation, our leadership outlined a forward-looking development strategy during the fair. We identified that surviving pharmaceutical enterprises would increasingly demand equipment with significantly higher levels of efficiency, energy conservation, and automation.
Driven by this vision, we officially
set our sights on broader horizons, planning strategic expansions into the
veterinary drug sector and international markets, particularly targeting
neighboring countries such as Russia and Vietnam. This pivotal moment further
accelerated our transition toward becoming a globally recognized provider of
automated packaging solutions.
