Plastic-cardboard Blister Packaging

Plastic-cardboard Blister Packaging is a commonly used packaging method for daily necessities, cosmetics, hardware tools, and other products. This type of packaging consists of a PVC blister on one side and cardboard on the other, which usually has printed product information.

The Plastic-cardboard Blister Packaging machine comprises a blister unit and a turntable unit. The blister unit produces multiple blister trays and has two stations: a forming station and a punching station. The turntable unit has several stations, including blister holding, feeding, paper magazine, heat sealing, and discharge.

Once the blister tray is punched out, a robotic arm places it onto the turntable. The turntable then performs intermittent motion, completing a function with each movement. These functions include taking over the blister tray and feeding it manually or automatically, picking up the cardboard piece from the magazine, and lowering it to cover the tray. The paper card and blister tray are heat-sealed, and the Plastic-cardboard Blister Packaging is discharged automatically.
