● Fully Automatic Robotic Feeding: Operators can bulk-load syringes into a bin where they are automatically sorted. Advanced unscramblers and servo robots then precisely grab and align the ampoules and syringes directly into the blister pockets.
● Agile Servo-Driven Operation: Every station is equipped with an independent servo drive, offering exceptional flexibility for multi-variety, small-batch production that requires frequent format changes.
● Dual Delta Robot Transfer: The compact connection unit uses two Delta robots and a variable-pitch module to adjust and seamlessly transfer blister cards to the cartoner with precision. It is highly flexible, effortlessly accommodating single or multiple blister cards per carton.
● High-Speed Continuous Cartoning: The continuous-motion cartoner ensures efficient, stable operation with both tuck-in and hot-melt closure options. An optional automatic carton loading system is highly recommended to sustain high-speed carton consumption and reduce manual labor.
● End-to-End Automation: Finished cartons are automatically stacked and transferred to the case packer. The line can be further extended with a palletizing mechanism for direct integration into your logistics chain.
