The Vertical Cartoning Machine ZV40 is a mechanically driven, intermittent-motion vertical cartoner for packaging cosmetic and pharmaceutical products that require vertical loading into a carton at speeds up to 40 cartons per minute.
The standard pre-glued cartons are pulled via vacuum from the carton supply magazine.
The bottom of the carton is closed by tuck-in or hot-melt closure methods. After closure, the carton is then transferred (vertically) to the product loading area.
Products can be loaded into cartons vertically by hand. Operators can stand or sit while loading at the ergonomically designed hand-loading area. It can also be equipped with automatic feeding systems (optional).
After loading, the machine closes the carton top; tuck-in or hot-melt closure methods are available.
At the end of the machine, it automatically discharges the completed cartons onto a conveyor.
The machine can connect to subsequent packaging equipment, such as an Overwrapper and a Case Packer, to form a complete packaging line.
