For Blister Cartoning:
The automatic intermittent-motion horizontal cartoning machine is compact and reliable. The working area is in a cantilevered (balcony-type) layout. The main structure has a vertical partition to separate the drive section (rear) from the operating zones (front). It is suitable for packaging blisters, bottles, vials, and pillow packs.
The machine runs stably and provides easy changeover between different carton sizes.
It can fold leaflets, open cartons, insert the products and leaflets into cartons, emboss, tuck-in or hot-melt closures, and automatically discharge cartons.
The machine is equipped with a series of sensors and automatic protective devices to ensure safe, effective operation.
It can be connected to a Blister Machine, Pillow Pack Machine, Overwrapper, etc., to form a Production Packaging Line.

Gear Device:
The gear drives the carton and blister conveyor chains, running in intermittent motion.
Carton Conveyor Chain:
The carton conveyor chain transfers opened cartons to each station, where it automatically inserts blister cards and leaflets into cartons, embosses them, closes cartons, and discharges cartons.
Leaflet Conveyor Chain:
The leaflet conveyor chain sends folded leaflets to the blister feeding station, where they are inserted into cartons with the blister cards.
Carton pick-up device:
The carton pick-up device, with two sets of suction cups, picks up cartons from the carton magazine, opens them, and places them on the carton conveyor.
The Leaflet Folding Device:
The leaflet folding device can fold the leaflet 1 to 4 times, depending on the customer’s demand.
Inserter device:
The inserter device can push the blister cards into the carton in intermittent motion.
Carton magazine device:
Adopts a long-carton magazine for approximately 1000 cartons.
Inside the magazine, the blister cards are counted when they free fall via the servo-motor, and are then held in position by the transfer belt
The Leaflet are isolated from the bottom from a pile magazine, then pulled off and folded. It can make the leaflet fold one to four folds according to customer’s demand.

In carton conveyor chain the cartons are closed automatically. Adopts digital position indicator achieves straightforward adjustment.
