Jornen Unveils New One-frame Design High-speed Blister Line At Cphi 2023

With the recent opening of CPHI in Shanghai, the pharmaceutical industry is showing its resilience despite the current economic climate. The heavy rain and high entrance fee did not deter visitors from attending the event to see the latest pharmaceutical process tech, showcasing the importance of the industry as a livelihood source.
At this expo, Jornen brought a one-frame design blister line that adopts vacuum belts to transfer blister cards from the blister packaging machine to the cartoning machine. This optimized design significantly reduces the length of the blister line, making it possible to install high-speed blister packaging lines in small spaces, which is crucial given the high cost of pharmaceutical cleaning rooms.

The pandemic caused a three-year delay, but the expo was an excellent opportunity for companies to reconnect with old customers. The split experience of meeting one customer and then having another visit shows how busy the expo was.

The event showcases how companies are using technology to optimize their operations. It is an excellent example of how innovation can drive the industry forward. As the world grapples with the pandemic, it is reassuring to see that the pharmaceutical process technology is continuously moving forward and finding ways to save lives better.
