Today a customer from Spain visited us, they are looking for a solution that can integrated the Bottle Filling Machine, Labelling Machine, Sachet Machine, Tube Filling Machinea, Cartoner , Case Packers into a production line.
The heart and the most challenging of this line could be the Cartoner, because it need to load both bottle, tube, sachet in one carton.
Through efforts to provide the best equipment
This will require the Cartoner equip three robots to collect these items respectively from transport belt connect with other machines, then put them into the Cartoner’s conveyor with a synchronized motion. When cartons are discharged from Cartoner, they will be transported to Case Packer, here the cartons are packed into cardboard cases ready for dispatch. To design, manufacture this line is quite a challenge, but our engineering is confident that through our effort we will provide the best equipment to meet our customers’ requirements
