Cartoning Machine ZH200
The ZH200 is a highly stable, continuous-motion cartoning machine designed for packaging blisters, bottles, vials, and pillow packs. It offers quick format changeovers and fully automates the entire process—from leaflet folding and carton opening to product insertion, embossing, sealing (tuck-in or hot-melt), and final discharge.

● Automated Leaflet Processing: Custom-folds leaflets (1 to 4 folds) and syncs them via a dedicated conveyor for simultaneous insertion with the product.
● Seamless Insertion: The continuous-motion inserter smoothly pushes products and leaflets into cartons without pausing, maximizing production efficiency.
● Smart Safety & Integration: Equipped with comprehensive sensors and protective devices. Easily integrates with blister machines, shrink wrappers, and pillow packers to build a complete automated line.
Inside the magazine, the blister cards are counted when they free fall via the servo-motor, and are then held in position by the transfer belt.
The Leaflet Folding Device can adopt GUK or MB Leaflet Folder (optional).
The Leaflet are isolated from the bottom from a pile magazine, then pulled off and folded. It can make the leaflet fold one to four folds according to customer’s demand.
Adopt long carton magazine for approximately 1000 cartons.
Rotary carton feeder can sucks the cartons from the carton magazine, open the carton, place it on the carton conveyor.
The inserter device can push the blister cards into the carton in continuous motion.
The carton conveyor chain is used to transfer opened cartons to every stations, that can automatically complete the actions of inserting of blister cards and leaflets into cartons, embossing, closing of cartons, discharging of carton
At the end of the Carton Conveyor the cartons are discharged.
