ZH400 is a continuous-motion cartoning machine. Main units of this Cartoning Machine:
Gear Device:
The gear drives the carton conveyor chain and the blister card conveyor chain, which run continuously.
Carton Conveyor Chain:
The carton conveyor chain transfers opened cartons to each station, where it can automatically insert blister cards and leaflets into cartons, emboss, close cartons, and discharge cartons.
Leaflet Conveyor Chain:
The leaflet conveyor chain sends folded leaflets to the blister feeding station, where the leaflets and blister cards are inserted into cartons together.
Rotary Carton Pick-up Device:
The rotary carton pick-up with four sets of suction cups can suck the cartons from the carton magazine, open the carton, and place it on the carton conveyor.
Leaflet Folding Device:
The leaflet folding device can fold the leaflet 1 to 4 times, depending on the customer’s demand.
Inserter Device:
The inserter device can push the blister cards into the carton in continuous motion. This cartoning machine is truly ergonomic thanks to the innovative design, in which the product-inserting device is placed at the rear. In a conventional cartoning machine, the inserting device is at the front, where it protrudes from the operating side and is less ergonomic.
Carton Magazine Device:
Adopt a long-carton magazine for approximately 1,000 cartons.
