The Chute Alu-Alu Blister Feeder is specifically configured for cold-formed aluminum blister packaging applications. It is designed to handle flat tablets and hard capsules, distributing them into the formed cavities through guided tracks or tubes.
System Components & Operation:
● Material Transfer: Bulk products are loaded into the hopper and advanced by a linear vibratory conveyor to establish a steady, regulated feed rate.
● Flow Alignment: The system utilizes three sequential grooved plates to organize the tablet or capsule flow, mechanically aligning the products as they move toward the blister web.
● Rotary Agitation: A rotary brush equipped with rubber blades provides controlled agitation. This mechanism prevents product bridging or jamming, assisting the aligned solid doses in dropping accurately into the deep-drawn alu-alu pockets.
