Defects during medicine production can cause capsules to be rejected by the capsule filling machine or Blister Machine. Our machine, the Deblister and Retrieving Machine NQF800, can press capsules out of faulty blister cards and separate the capsule from the powder without cross-contamination.
This multifunction machine can automatically press capsules from rejected blister packs, separate the capsules, and retrieve the powder, allowing the medicine to be recycled and reused. It is applicable for capsule No. 00#-5#.
