Syringe Blister Feeder
Handling medical devices such as pre-filled syringes (PFS) requires controlled alignment and specific handling parameters. The JORNEN Syringe Blister Feeder is designed to facilitate consistent loading while minimizing the risk of product surface friction.
Working Principle & Capabilities:
● Automated Sorting & Alignment: The system consists of a bulk supply hopper and a mechanical orienting mechanism. Syringes are loaded in bulk, and the system sorts, aligns, and dispenses them into rows for continuous feeding.
● Robotic Pick-and-Place Transfer: Syringes are distributed onto a synchronized servo-driven conveyor. A robotic pick-and-place unit grips the syringes in batches and transfers them into the formed blister cavities.
● Clamp-Pack Station: To maintain positioning during transit, the feeder utilizes a clamp-pack mechanism. A press-in station applies controlled force to seat the syringes into custom-formed pockets, securing them against dislodging.
● Multi-Component Configuration: For medical kits that package syringes alongside vials or ampoules, the blister machine can be configured to integrate both vial/ampoule feeders and syringe feeders synchronously.
