Please note our requirement for a Strip Packing Machine, Blister Packing Machine & Cartoner as per following specifications:
Type of tablet: ACA Tablet / Flat / Round / Bevelled edge
Diameter of the tablet: 11.5 mm
Thickness of tablet: 4.3 – 5.2 mm
Packing strips will be made of two layers of OPP.
Dimensions of the strip : (15 CM x 17 cm)
20 tablets per strip 4 rows of 5 tablets each
Printing capability of 24 characters per strip (Letters & numbers) in two lines
Capability of rejecting empty strips or missing tablets in the strip.
Speed: 80 strips / minute
Cartoning capability: 16 cartons / minute
