We request your kindly support for a quotation of Blister Packaging Machine for pharmaceutical industry with a capacity of 80000 to 120000 units/hour (also called blister alu-alu machine or strip pack machine).
The final presentation for product per sachet is of 4 tablets except for the product Rarpemax (attach product list to package in wrapping machine) whose presentation is of 6 tablets per sachet so it should bring a coupling system in the cutting for different presentations or strip length.
Below requested information:
Designs of the downspouts for the types of products (round, capsular and oval).
Quantity of accessories for the type of products (selective star holder for the various tablet diameters, cutting blades).
Complete packing systems for round tablets and tablecap (caplets).
Design and measures of the sealing roll sets for both round and capsular tablets (see attached measures).
Tool kits for assembling / disassembling.
It is important that you provide all the necessary information in your offer about the equipment operation, design and model as well as its capacity for production.

We are requiring 2 units of: sealing rolls per type of product and necks per type of product.
