I was browsing Jornens website and saw that you make an assortment of cartoning machine. I work for a small surf wax company that is in the process of automating our packaging process. Our business makes surf wax and boxes them manually.
Our Products consist of different formulated bars but the same shape. The bars differentiate in grip based on temperature. I would like to know if you make a cartoning machine than can accommodate our product based on the stickiness. I would be happy to provide samples to have them tested by your team. As for our product it consists of one bar of wax to one carton. All of the cartons are the same shape and size. Each bar of wax will vary in height +- 2 mm. I will provide all dimensions in MM. We produce up to 18000 pieces per day so speed should be adjusted accordingly on an 8 hour day. I have a few questions regarding your company:

What kind of maintenance is there on the cartoning machine?
