We are looking for following machines:
1-Tablet pressing with customized die mould (e.g. hexagonal shape) for pressing microalgae powder (e.g. Spirulina, chlorella and herbal powder)
a) Our quality program is to produce 100 % Spirulina/Chlorella powder purity with using no binder
b) Required Tablet pressing capacity is: 6000 (TPM) tablet/min
2-Full counting & filling bottle line machines for tablet/softgel.
a) Our bottle material will be PET and PE.
b) Our requirement packing line capacity: 60 (BPM) bottles/min (range 30-100 counts for each bottle).
3-Softgel producing machine
a) Our product are Oleoresins, DHA/EPA and other supplementary Oily liquids.
b) Our requirement capacity: 1000 (SPM) softgels/min
c) Please indicate the available shape and size of softgel that your machine can produce.
4-Aluminum Foil Vacuum packaging bag machine
a)Our products are supplementary powders.
b)Our bag sizes are (1 and 5 kg powder per bag)
c)Our requirement capacities: 500 (BPD) Bags/day and also 180 (BPD) Bags/day
d)Please indicate the available capacities of your machines
