Hello, I’m interesting to buy blister machine for pharma grade with low capacity. I prefer one Blister Packing Machine for 2 products: tablets and cigarettes. That’s characteristic: 1. For cigarettes – 4 cigarettes in a blister, each cavity is 105/110mm long and 12mm wide in its wider side / 6mm wide in its narrower side. Depth should be 15mm. Perforation between each two. Batch and expiry should be embossed (preferably for each cigarette). The foils should be thick PVC/PVDC or PVC/PE/PVDC or PET (we need low transmission rate of oxygen and water vapor and rigidity to physically protect the cigarettes) and peal able seals (either with Tyvek or non-PTP aluminum or a polymer), all of these pharma grade. The cigarettes will be placed manually in the blister after thermoforming and before sealing. 2. For tablets – 2 blisters of 10 tablets (2 rows x 5 columns) each. Cavity diameter is 11mm. Distance between cavities is 6mm. Distance from edges 3mm. Depth should be 6mm. Perforation between tablets. Batch and expiry should be embossed for each blister. The foils should be PVC/PVDC or PVC/PE/PVDC (we need low transmission rate of oxygen and water vapor) and PTP aluminum, all of these pharma grade. The tablets should be placed automatically in the blister before sealing with the aluminum. Which machines can you provide for us? Please provide specifications and quotes.
