The gear drives the carton conveyor chain and the blister card conveyor chain, which run continuously.
Carton Conveyor Chain:
The carton conveyor chain transfers opened cartons to each station, where it automatically inserts blister cards and leaflets into cartons, embosses them, closes the cartons, and discharges them.
Leaflet Conveyor Chain:
The leaflet conveyor chain sends folded leaflets to the blister feeding station, where the leaflets and blister cards are inserted into cartons together.
Rotary Carton Pick-up Device:
The rotary carton pick-up with four sets of suction cups can suck the cartons from the carton magazine, open the carton, and place it on the carton conveyor.
Leaflet Folding Device:
The leaflet folding device can fold the leaflet 1 to 4 times, depending on the customer’s demand.
Inserter Device:
The inserter device can push the blister cards into the carton in continuous motion.
