Integrating the DPH260i Blister Machine with the ZH300i Cartoner, this classic packaging line is engineered for the high-efficiency mass production of solid doses and ampoules. By seamlessly connecting both modules within a highly compact footprint of under nine meters, it maximizes facility floor space while ensuring exceptional output flexibility.
Driven by sophisticated servo technology, the line features rotary pick-up arms and blister-counting magazines that accurately control blister transfer, positioning, and faulty card rejection. Combined with oversized material reels for prolonged operation and a fully enclosed architecture compliant with stringent European safety standards, it delivers reliable productivity and rapid format changeovers.
The blister Packaging module accommodates two forming material reels. One of the reel’s diameter can reach up to 600mm, therefore, reducing the material replacement frequency.
This machine is equipped with an integrated forming material splicer to enhance efficiency during material replacement.
The forming station adopt contact heating method that significantly reduces the forming temperature.
Forming material drag system adopts a precise servo motor to achieve stable, accurate running and allows blister length to be set freely.
Capsules are fed via tracks or tubes into the blisters.
After feeding, the clearing brush removes extra capsules from the webbing to prevent them from entering the sealing station.
Track feeder for capsules, flat and oblong tablets; consists of a hopper, vibratory chute, vibratory conveyor and tracks.
This Blister Machine adopts rotary and grid sealing type.

There are two waste tanks here for alternative use.
The blister cards are punched transversely in blister module, collected by the vacuum arm and transferred to the cartoner module.
Inside the magazine, the blister cards are counted when they free fall via the servo-motor, and are then held in position by the transfer belt.
The Leaflet Folding Device make the leaflet fold one to four folds, can adopt GUK Leaflet Folder (optional).
Rotary carton feeder pick up cartons then places them in carton conveyor chain.
Long carton magazine for approximately 1000 cartons.
Adopts digital position indicator achieves straightforward adjustment.
Pinhole detection system for quality assurance of blister packaging (optional).
