The High-Speed Blister, Pillow Packing, and Cartoning Line functions as an advanced, fully enclosed integration engineered for solid dose pharmaceuticals. By incorporating a pillow packing module, the system significantly enhances moisture and oxygen barrier properties, effectively extending the shelf life of highly sensitive medications.

Built upon a cGMP-compliant balcony layout and a fully servo-driven architecture, it isolates drive mechanics from the active operating zone. It offers dynamic dual-mode operational flexibility, allowing operators to execute rapid format changeovers between the complete three-stage workflow and a direct blister-to-carton configuration.
