This pharmaceutical packaging line has a bottle unscrambler, labeling unit, and cartoning machine.
The innovative design allows for the easy pouring of bottles into the unscrambler, which then automatically arranges them and transports them to the labeling unit in a neat row. With labeling complete, the bottles are automatically sent to the cartoning unit where the carton is opened, the bottle is inserted and embossed with a production batch number, and the carton is closed.
After cartoning, the products are automatically conveyed for further packaging.
This production line can also be connected with end-of-the-line packaging equipment such as overwrapping or strapping machines, case packers, and palletizing.
