Hopefully I’ve reached the right person, I’m hoping to acquire a quote for a small scale Blister Packaging Machine and Cartoning Machine. We are aiming to package 1000 individual blister packs per day. Our product is a gummy type nutraceutical, and is a square pyramid shape, with 20.5mm base lengths and a 25mm height. We will need to package in approximately 110mmx45mm rectangular packaging in a 5×2 product configuration, and are planning on using Locked 4 Kids carton packaging. We would like to use spooled feed stock for the blister packaging, and would like to use foil to seal the lids. We are trying to keep costs as low as possible.
