I am from Karachi Pakistan, we are in healthcare business and had developed a new manufacturing facility for medical devices (surgical sutures) and for few of our products, we require Alu-Alu Blister Packing Machine (small compact basic machine). Our surgical sutures will be first wound on a plastic pack we call it race track pack, then that race track pack is packed in Alu-Alu Pack blister pack. One side of Alu-Alu blister pack will be formed (cold forming) and one side will be straight. Our Packing process will be first blister formation will seal three sides completely and leave approximately 16mm on bottom side (a lip formation) as then this pack will be sterilized with ETO gas and then a small sealing machine (simple, small easy to clean machine) will be required to seal the bottom open side after sterilization under Laminar manually each individual pack.
